Add a New Flow
Creating a flow from scratch
To create a flow from scratch, you can use the canvas. The canvas is a visual tool that allows you to create and edit flows without writing any code. You can start adding elements to your flow by dragging and dropping them from the left pane.
The image below shows the canvas page where you can create and edit workflows.
Creating a flow from the flow catalog
The flow Catalog is a library of pre-built flows that are available in the Backflipt platform. On the catalog page, you can search for the flow you need and use the right pre-built flow to automate tasks.
The image below shows the catalog page where you can copy workflows.
To search for a flow
- Go to Catalog > Catalog dashboard.
- On the Search Flows bar, enter the text related to the flow that you want to search for.
- Click the Search icon.
The search results are displayed in the flow list.
You can use the flow as it is, or you can edit the flow to meet your specific needs.
To use a flow, click Use next to the flow. The flow will be copied, and it will be available on your flow dashboard.
To edit the copied flow, click Edit to open the flow in the canvas. For more information on editing a flow, see Edit a Flow.
