Integration is a connector to an application. Integrations can be used to connect to a wide variety of applications, including Salesforce, Slack, Outlook Mail, etc.

There are two ways to connect an application to the Backflipt platform:

• Using REST API: REST API is a standard way of communicating between applications. The application can be connected with the Backflipt Platform using the REST API provided by the application.
• Using DB connectors if the application does not expose any REST API, the Backflipt platform provides DB (Data Base) connectors to connect to the backend application's database.
