You can enable flows to control when they are executed. Enabling a flow makes it available to be triggered while disabling a flow prevents it from being triggered. You can enable a flow at any time, if you are the Admin or owner of the flow or if you have the required permissions.

To enable a flow

1. Go to My Flows > Flows dashboard.
2. Navigate to the flow that you want to enable.
3. Click Enable this flow next to the flow summary.
   
   
4. In the flow dialog, select the version you want to enable.
   When you enable a flow, the latest version of that flow is automatically selected as the default version.
5. If authentication is required for the flow, the authentication dialog appears.
6. Click on Authenticate and provide your user credentials to authenticate.
7. Click Enable. The Flows Dashboard will show the new flow status as Active.
   The flow status indicator will be Active to indicate that the flow is enabled and Inactive when it is disabled.
